Q: Do I need to live in Nevada to have a Nevada Corporation?
Answer: You can live anywhere in the world and have a Nevada
Corporation. And very importantly, you do not have to be a U.S.

Answer: All Nevada Corporations are required to have a Resident
Agent located in the State of Nevada,
per NRS 78.090.
Q: Do I need a Corporate Kit?
Answer: Yes, the Kit contains the stock certificates, and
corporate seal. All official documents must be embossed with the
seal. The kit is a needed and useful tool for maintaining you corporate
records.
Q: I am in a business where it is unlikely that I will be sued.
Should I still incorporate?
Answer: unfortunately, no business is safe anymore from
law suites. The U.S. is the most law suite happy country on this
planet having sometimes over 15,000 civil suites filed per year.

services, personal property or real estate, including leases and
options. The directors may determine the value of any of these transactions,
and their decision is final.
Q: What are the limitations of stock distribution?
Answer: Nevada corporations may purchase, hold, sell or
transfer shares of its own stock.
